I don't have a very oily skin, just a bit shiny T-zone. So for me it works fine. But I don't know how well it mattifies oily skin.
You won't shrink your pores with this product. Pores can't become smaller with serums and creams. But this serum can help a little with congested skin/pores. So if that is the problem, then yes, you can reduce clogged pores with this serum.
The texture is watery. It quickly absorbs into the skin, and there's no problem when you use multiple products. It doesn't rub off.
